You can pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. Additionally, you can discuss autopay options with your facility manager.
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID, is required.
You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.
The best way to pay your bill is to eanble auto payment when you are renting the unit. Rent would be charged to your credit card on the 1st of each month.
Tenant insurance is coverage for eligible personal property you store in your rental unit. It may provide protection against certain covered losses, such as fire, weather-related damage, theft, or vandalism, subject to the terms, conditions, limits, and exclusions in your policy.Tenant insurance is separate from the storage facility’s insurance. The facility’s insurance generally protects the facility and its business property, not your personal belongings.
